    • Your order will be dispatched from Turkey using private shipping companies. Currently, there isn't an option to select a specific shipping company.
    • Estimated delivery dates can be accessed via the Tracking code provided by the carrier company.
    • Please be aware:
      • Small quantity orders won't incur additional VAT or duty charges upon delivery through our couriers.
      • For container shipments, our couriers will deliver to your selected port under CIF terms. You'll then proceed with the customs clearance and further handling in your country.
    • Upon shipment of your order, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. This link allows you to conveniently monitor the status of your delivery through the courier's tracking portal online.
    • To make changes, first, check your order status in "My account" -> "My orders".
    • If it's still "Order received" or "Your order is being prepared," hit the "Contact us" button to submit your request.
    • Once it's "Shipped," unfortunately, we can't alter the recipient name or delivery address.
    • Note: If the courier can't deliver your package (maybe you were out or the address was wrong), it'll come back to the Kahruman warehouse, and you'll get a refund.
    • Your products will be delivered within the specified date range indicated on various pages including "My Cart," "Order Confirmation," and "Order Detail." You can find these details by navigating to "Homepage > My Account > My Orders > Order Detail."
    • Please note: To expedite delivery, ordered items may arrive on different dates or in separate parcels.
    • Upon shipment of your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This email will contain a tracking link, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery conveniently via the courier's tracking portal.
    • Additionally, you can track the shipping status of your order directly from the "Order Detail" page by clicking on the link titled "Where is my shipment?"
    • The items you ordered may arrive in separate deliveries. Please check "My orders" for more details.
    • Yes, standard delivery fees apply to orders made on our platform. These fees are clearly outlined on the checkout pages, ensuring transparency for our customers.
    • It's important to note that shipping fees may vary depending on the destination country.
    • Regrettably, we cannot accommodate changes to the recipient name or delivery address once the package has been shipped. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
    • Please note: If the courier is unable to deliver your package due to reasons such as an incorrect address or absence at the time of delivery, the package will be returned to the Kahruman warehouse. In such cases, you will have the option to:
      • Receive a refund
      • Arrange for the product to be collected from the courier company's office in your country.
      We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
    • We recommend tracking the shipping status of your package through two convenient methods:
      • Use the "Where is my shipment?" link on the "Order Detail" page. Access this by navigating to Homepage > My Account > My Orders > Order Detail.
      • Check the tracking link provided via email.
    • If you anticipate being unavailable at the delivery address during the scheduled time, consider utilizing the courier's app or website. Many of our couriers offer options to:
      • Provide instructions for the driver.
      • Change the delivery time.
      • Designate a preferred safe place or neighbor where your package can be left securely.
    • In the event your order status is displayed as "Sent back" on the "Order Detail" page, rest assured that your package will return to our warehouse. Once received, we will promptly process a refund for you. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
    • Always inspect your order thoroughly in the presence of the courier.
    • If you notice any of the following issues:
      • Damage to the package or product.
      • Incorrect number of packages.
    • Take the following steps:
      • After signing the shipment delivery receipt, request the courier to issue an "Assessment Report" documenting the observed damage or discrepancy.
      • If you choose not to accept the shipment after verifying its contents and quantity, please contact Kahruman promptly to initiate the return process.
      • Return the product or package along with the assessment report and invoice to the courier for shipment back to Kahruman's warehouse. Your cooperation ensures a swift resolution to any delivery-related concerns.
    • Shipping companies only deliver on business days.
    • Between 9 am and 6 pm every day except holidays.
