I've forgotten my password. How can I reset it?
If you've forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot password" option during the login process.
Provide the email address associated with your Kahruman account.
You'll receive an email containing a password reset link. Please allow a few hours for the email to arrive; it might be in your spam/junk folder.
Click on the link provided in the email, which will prompt you to create a new password.
Once you've set your new password, you can use it to access your Kahruman account seamlessly.
How can I change my password?
You can create a new password after logging in to the site using the "My user information" tab in the "My Account" section.
Can I change my email address?
Unfortunately, you cannot change your email address for security reasons.
How can I create an account on Kahruman?
To create an account, start by clicking on the login icon located at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Under the "Sign up" section, enter your email address and choose a secure password. Rest assured, as per our Privacy Notice, your personal data remains confidential and is not shared with third parties.
Once you've provided your details, we'll verify them and confirm your account. Please be patient as this confirmation email may take a couple of hours to arrive; also, remember to check your spam/junk folder.
How do I change or add a delivery address?
Navigate to your customer account and locate the "My address information" section.
Within this section, you can modify your existing delivery and billing addresses or add new ones as needed.
For added convenience and efficiency in future orders, consider saving your addresses to expedite the checkout process.
How can I delete my user account?
To initiate the account deletion process, visit the "My Account" page.
Select the option labeled "Request or Delete Data" to submit your account deletion request.
Before proceeding with the deletion, certain criteria must be met:
Ensure all payments and refunds associated with your account are settled.
Utilize any remaining balance in your account.
Confirm that all orders have been successfully delivered.
