How long do I have to return items?
You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to return items.
Can I return items after the return period ends?
Sorry, but we can't accept returns after 15 calendar days. The return period begins on the day you receive your delivery.
What items can I return?
You can return most items within 15 days, except for food and beverage items, and jewelry. Also, make sure to check the product page for specific return conditions.
Important for beauty products:
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only refund unused beauty products in their original packaging. Please return all packaging materials, instructions, and accessories included with the item.
Note:
The factory reserves the right to refuse receipt of the product if it's not in its original condition.
Will I know when you receive my return?
Absolutely. Once we've received your return package, you'll get a confirmation email from us. You can also track the return process in "My orders" by choosing the relevant order.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return package reaches our warehouse, we'll check the product's condition and reasons for return. If accepted, we'll refund the total amount to you through the same payment method you used for the purchase. Keep in mind, refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method.
Do I have to pay for returns?
No, returns are FREE of charge.
Can I get a replacement for the returned item directly?
Unfortunately, we can't do direct exchanges for returned items. Once the package is returned and checked, the value will be refunded through your chosen payment method. Then, you can easily reorder the same item.
What if some items I received are damaged?
If any item delivered by us is defective, you can return it by creating a return label. Just select "The item was faulty/damaged" as the reason for return and attach a photo showing the defect. You'll find all the necessary details about returns under "How do I return my order?"
